Xh has a teachers pension, I need transfere my share of that pension into another pension account. I have a nest pension can I put it in my nest pension? Solicitor reccomended a finacial advisor, I'm feeling overwhelmed so any advice welcome.

The Teachers' Pension Scheme only offers internal sharing, so you will become a member of the Teachers' scheme in your own right - the pension promise you will be given by the TPS will match the value of the pension your XH has shared (so the value will be the same but the £ a year of pension is likely to be different). It will be payable from either age 60, 65 or your state pension age, depending on which bits of your XH pension is shared. The TPS doesn't offer the transfer of the pension credit to another scheme.
