Currently looking to complete financial agreement through mediation. Has anyone else done this? Any tips, advice? Recomendations how to complete it cheaply? Im in the uk

If children are involved (and you talk about them in mediation, even if finance is the main issue) I think you should be able to use the government voucher scheme which gives you £500 towards the cost.

If either of you are on benefits, look for a mediator that offers legal aid. Otherwise look for a low cost service. I would recommend www.mediation-plus.org.uk

Focus on gathering everything you need so you don’t waste any of the time you have with a mediator looking for information and spend some time beforehand thinking about what your priorities are, what feels non-negotiable and what you would be willing to compromise on.
