Divorce in Scotland due to adultery without a year's separation

Has anyone divorced in Scotland due to adultery? i.e. not been separated for a year but instead went straight for divorce. How much did this cost? It would be uncontested and he would admit it. No children.

No fault divorce in Scotland. Adultery is irrelevant.

Divorce in Scotland is no fault, you can go through the simplified process (apply direct to court) but you need a years separation. To my knowledge you can’t go straight for divorce without the year separation. Also consider you should have a clean break financial order which will also cost. It doesn’t need to be expensive if you can agree the separation agreement (which includes sorting financials) amicably, filing costs aren’t particularly prohibitive.
