My partner is going through a very protracted financial claim in his divorce, which is taking place after a very long separation. It is going to FDR in the summer, second attempt as there have been so many delays. Ex will not negotiate whatsoever.
Does anyone have a recommendation for a barrister in the Manchester area who has a track record of defending post separation assets, ringfencing pension accrued post separation etc?
There are no real assets involved, both are housed with mortages, both have pensions though he probably has more, both fully employed, no kids at home or disparity in lifestyles.
