Soon to be ex husband is keen to sell the house but less keen to get properly divorced. I am sticking to my guns and will not consider house sale outwith the rest of the divorce proceedings. I am waiting for my CETV. Other than this and house / mortgage i have no assets/ debts.
I am trying to say to him that once cetv comes through I'll be ready to go back to the solicitor and get everything on the table so to speak. But what will he need to provide? I want to say to him please get x y and z ready so that we can get things moving.
In Scotland if it makes a difference.

Scotland makes a big difference. But:
a) stop trying to organise him, divorce means you separate.
b) at least in England there are several big solicitors that provide some free guides that can provide a lot of useful lists. A quick goggle can help.

look after yourself and control your own life. Good luck.

Thank you, I just want to get it all over and done with and he's dragging his feet. I just don't know what it is he'll actually need to provide.

He’ll need to provide usual financial disclosure, income, mortgages, pensions, assets , based on date of separation

he’ll need to provide the sane as you,
does he have a solicitor

I think he knows which solicitor he'd use, but don't know if he's actually had an appointment. I know i cant organised him but equally I just want to move on. He keeps wanting to arrange things piecemeal and I just don't feel it's the way to do it.
