My situation waiting on consent order to be agreed

Hi
I've divorced my ex using the no fault online process and have the final order. I'm just waiting on the consent/financial order to be agreed.
My ex was arrested for a nasty crime, can only see the DC (10, 12 and 14) supervised so I have 100% custody. I receive no maintenance as he lost his job and is unlikely to get a new one as will never pass a dbs.
We agreed and submitted a consent order stating I would keep the house and take on the mortgage in lieu of any maintenance. I should also say that DC10 has sen needs.
We had no other assets apart from our cars that and we kept one each. No savings but did have debt in my name that I kept on.
I have since got a sole mortgage and have completed the transfer of the house to my sole name.
I also have a bigger pension pot.
ExH is now on benefits.

Will the judge sign this off. ExH is not contesting this at all and is happy with the arrangement.

It's been with the courts since the end of January and I've not heard anything.

Sounds similar to me. House was mine before we met. He paid nothing

he’s an alcoholic so dc will live with me 100% - doesn’t work so on benifits and I went down the cms route so get £27.50 - so no maintenance

I don’t think you given enough time - check your paperwork

mine has just gone in and told me 8w or so

so if you did end of jan I wouldn’t expect to hear till end of March

yes judge may say no but if you have both decided a clean break make sure you have they all documented

Takes awhile in my experience.

judge may not be happy if he is totally reliant on benefits.

Tho what ex gets in benefits is very similar to what I get and I work bloody hard and have to fit in around dc /childcare
