Question regarding house sale (already divorced, financial order in place)

Hello - wondering if anyone has advice please? .Finally after 7 months we have accepted an offer on the marital home (that we are both still sharing)

Does anyone know how the money is held when the sale has gone through and how is the percentage spilt dealt with etc

Money goes to your solicitors who are handling the sale then paid to you in the percentages agreed in the financial order
