Recently separated and aware DV fees a fortune. Hubby and I ‘hoping’ to agree as much as possible ourselves to keep costs down although I’m aware of need to engage with a Solicitor at some point ( prior to agreeing anything) to ensure I get a fair deal including 50% of his pension. Whilst scrolling came across this online DV co. Just wondering if anyone has experience of them ( or any other online co) and give me advice / feedback on their experience. I’m resident in Scotland.
