Recommendations for solicitor- contempt of court

Hi all, I have a long running saga with someone I divorced over a decade ago which has come to a stage where I’m likely to be financially devastated due to his non compliance with the family court consent order. I’m applying for contempt of court and to possibly vary the original order. I would like to consult with a reasonably priced family law solicitor on an hourly basis. I would be grateful for recommendations please.

Presumably you already sought an enforcement order. Does that have a penal
notice on it ?

Yes, I have done everything else. I’m looking for some advice on varying the consent order and was wondering if I can request the judge to do that at the contempt hearing which is coming up in next couple of weeks? I’m based in London.

It’s really difficult to vary a consent order ( even more so a decade later ) so as long as you’re aware it will be a hard and costly fight, usually not leading to successful outcome
