I’ve completed a form D11 for deemed service as my ex has been sent the divorce papers twice and refuses to sign them. I have sent it with WhatsApp message screenshots as evidence of him saying he would bring the divorce papers to my house, and then multiple messages of me asking him to sign the papers which have been ignored but followed up with messages from him about other things (asking how the kids are etc). I’m just desperate for this to be over now as it’s been coming up 6 years since I filed for divorce, has anyone been though similar and had messages accepted as evidence? Does this sound enough?
