First xmas divorced. 6 weeks in so still raw. I
just handed my darling children over to ExH and won’t get them back until midday on 25th. So hard

I'm only a few weeks in too. It is unbearably shit watching the car drive away with them. I need to find a way to make it less awful.

One thing that doesn't actually fix anything (how could it?) but does help a bit is loud music. I'm using it as a tool to help me cope.

I used to have a massage just before I handed over the kids every other week
