Complaining about a mediator

Has anybody ever complained about a mediator or raise a complaint about their mediator? I’m thinking about doing this because our mediator showed bias, overcharged, gave incorrect legal information and a host of other things like spending 3 1/2 hours writing up our financial details on a whiteboard when all our finances had already been given via email

Op you clearly want a higher share of assets and you’re expecting a mediator to reinforce that to your ex.

mediation only works where both parties can ultimately be reasonable and compromise on points.

it doesn’t sound like you’ll be able to so you may as well go to court and take that cost and risk

Millymollowmoomoo - if you can be bothered to read what I said you will see we didn’t even get around to negotiating

And if you can’t be bothered to understand people’s comments why post?

I never said you got to negotiating. I simply said if you’re not going to be able to compromise and negotiate ( and clearly you feel
hard done by so that seems unlikely ) then mediation won’t work so no point continuing

Again you obviously haven’t read what I have said on 16/11 I said no more mediation or solicitors. And at the start of this I was only after feedback from people that have complained are you a mediator by any chance or perhaps a solicitor
