Had a section 7 back that recommends 2 phone calls a week and then supported contact on special occasions a few times a year.
Ex is likely to fight this as he doesn't accept that DD is scared of him and thinks I'm to blame. Section 7 doesn't support his claims and has said they believe children have been witness to some domestic incidents.
What is likely to happen at and FDR and then a final hearing if it gets there? I have read that I would have to give evidence is that true. Is it likely judge will go with recommendations.
