First hearing in 3 or so weeks. Financial exchange due over 2 weeks ago. Ex request extra 2 weeks, this has now passed, still no info provided at all. I have provided my info to my solicitor.
What happens at the first court hearing if ex refuses to engage or provide any information?
Will it still go ahead? Or, if not, do we move directly to FDR?
Any advice on the process welcome. Yes I do have a solicitor to ask but am already ££££ down.
