advice please - ex has moved on after 7 months. i was gutted, broken infact. many a kitchen cry whilst cooking the kids tea.

but now i need to just delete him off everything social which i have. but how do i distance myself from someone that i HAVE to communicate with? finding this difficult to manage and ‘not blur lines’

also - why do men seem to so easily move on?! we were together 10 bloody years and he already has another girlfriend like how do they do that?!

Use a co parenting app - different ones work depending on the relationship and then block him on everything else

How old are the children? Eventually you won’t have to have contact with him, and to be honest you will likely care less and less as time passes.

Men move on easily as a coping mechanism.

In some cases they will have their new supply lined up on the back burner just waiting for the moment or argument to up sticks and move onto her.
Secret liaisons via On Line Dating is like a sweetie shop for some men. Coffee here, lunch there whilst your back is turned.

Meanwhile block him on every single outlet/media/FB/Insta etc. Make your life a mystery to him. Blokes hate that.
Communicate on an email address kept strictly for kids’ arrangements.
No going back!
