We have an amicable split, agree finances and are submitting D81 to online solicitors to start to draft the consent order today.
We’ve paid for a solicitor drafted consent order on a cheap online deal, they advertise 21 days average processing time. Conditional Order will be granted on 9 Oct.
Assuming no extensive queries, how long do you reckon I’m looking at to get the consent order drafted, submitted and signed off? Is it unrealistic to think we might be divorced by 1 Jan?
Not in a hurry for any particular reason but we are still living together and separated 14 months ago and I am just over it now. But not selling house until I know finances are done.
