Hi can anyone give me a hopeful view out of the situation I am in please.
Caught my husband cheating two weeks ago - it was the final straw in a rubbish marriage but a huge shock that he was so deceitful. I though we would split but when DS was older and that it would be open and amicable...
He has left the home now leaving me with DS (teen), dogs etc.
I am struggling with work, supporting DS and all the solo lifts to school and dog walks plus the house is such a mess.
On top of this I am looking into a financial settlement with a solicitor which is freaking me out as it's already cost £1250 for just one meeting and I need to gather all the forms and paperwork etc. Plus I filed for divorce at £612. I don't know if I can afford the house alone and feel like the only single person on my street and in the friendship circle I have.
Anyone else at this age going through similar? Any happy stories? Feeling so down and worried.
