Family court when ex is on bail

Does anyone know what is likely to happen at first hearing if ex is on bail for multiple offences?

I would like a lives with order granted and the case closed and for him to reapply for a spends time with order when his investigations are complete.

Children haven't seen him for months due to a separate issue that's meant they no longer want to.

Cafcass have said they won't do a section 7 until his investigations are concluded and they have recommended no contact direct or indirect until then.

Unless there's a particularly good reason to do otherwise the court is likely to go with the cafcass recommendation.

Reread the letter and Cafcass have sort of said that, I think? They refuse to do s7 while he's under investigation and "he should reapply when the investigations are concluded".
