Anyone got experience of ICFA

So CAFFCASS are currently doing a section 7 as DD 11 refuses to see her dad and has done for 18 months.
It's down to incidents where he has got angry and in her words scared her. He has forced her to stay over one night which she can't forget about and said some inappropriate things to her such as if mum was in a car accident you would have to come with me.
CAFFCASS have said to me they are thinking about ICFA. The lady said she doesn't believe DD is scared of her dad just scared of what he might do.
Im worried about the potential impact in forcing this on DD as she seems very firm in what she is saying...
Does anyone have any experience of them and what they do?

I think as she is only 11 ICFA is a useful tool to at least try, as much for dad as for her as it will involve parenting guidance for him.
