Hope you are keeping very safe and well. I was wondering if someone can give me the best advice. I will be getting a divorce soon, is my personal account savings money apart of the asset pool or separate?. if yes, is there a way, I can save my personal savings money I earned over the last few years?

Yes. All joint assets and all assets held in individual names need to declared and are in the pot
