Stay on divorce ADVICE PLS!

Can anyone who has asked courts for a ‘stay on divorce’ until financial order sorted….advise if both respondent and applicant are made aware of this by the courts if it’s been approved? Or not?

I am worried my ex will hit final order button so I want to ask the court for a stay on the divorce until we have a clean break order (as nothing to split but want future protection by clean break) Will the courts let them know of this?

I have paid a solicitor a set fee to file the divorce on my behalf and be responsible for all stages ensuring a financial order and clean break order. They will also ensure the final order does not take place until everything is sorted. This doesn't help you but I wanted to be in control. Perhaps you could get a free half hour telephone appointment with a solicitor.
