Conditional order - not heard back from the court.

Has anyone else experienced this? I should of heard back by the 5th July with a decision from the court, its now 10th July and I still haven't received an email, I've been checking junk and spam folders but I've received nothing - my email is correct because that is how they are contacting me for all communications.

Frustrating!!!

Some times there’s a back log , I wouldn’t worry once you applied for your conditional order you then have to wait 6week iirc to then apply for your final order , that comes though very quickly
