Has anyone ever managed to recoup legal costs from their ex in family court for CAO cases?
In short, the judge has added my request to recoup wasted costs for my ex’s vexatious/unreasonable C100 applications which led to 2 pointless hearings.
We’ve got a another (hopefully final!) hearing coming up in August. Has anyone ever actually managed to get costs back for a CAO case before? I’ve heard that it’s very rare.
