Finance Consent Order timescales

Quick background. The conditional order is due to be heard this week so can then apply for final order early August. Application for finance consent order being sent the day after conditional order is confirmed.
Can anybody advise on current timescales of how long the finance consent order takes as I am praying it will be completed by time I can apply for final order amd dreading it could take longer so I cant hit the final order button as soon as I can. We have agreed between ourselves and its amicable as it can be.

Depends on the court and how busy the judges are. Mine took over 4 months early this year.

I am sorry it took so long, it must have been v stressful. Were there lots of questions from the court or was it particularly complicated.
It is Birmingham court where the conditional order is being read.

Pretty straightforward for us - all agreed and written up with solicitor support. Just unlucky with court being busy/slow after Xmas I think! I’m sure you’ll get yours back a lot quicker, but just a heads up that is can potentially be weeks (if not months) 🙂

But yes, horribly stressful getting to that point and I still don’t agree it was fair 🤣 onwards and upwards, and I hope same for you 🙂

Just got my letter today saying it's been signed off. We had agreed everything and it was 50/50. Only took 33 days. I'm literally over the moon today. I'll wait to hear from his pension company about the sharing order and once that's in writing I'll hit the final divorce button 🥳🥳🥳

can anyone give me an indication of timings from Birmingham court for the financial consent order?

Husband has run out of money and desperate for me to sign over a release from the house sale. Solicitor says no. But I can’t last 6 weeks of anger…🙏🏻

Mine was only 33 days from Birmingham, that was with a joint application and pretty much 50/50

I have had a letter to say It was received by the courts on 1st July and with a Judge to review. It looks to be at Harlow although the divorce court has been Birmingham.
Any other timelines much appreciated

I had my consent order approved from Birmingham today. The documents were received 12/08, I had a letter dates 19/08 asking for payment. I paid on 26/08 and it was approved 26/08. So extremely quick. I Was gobsmacked it was already put through.

Yes, we did agree, but I walked away with 72% of all assets.

Thank you! Our order is final but we still need to file the Consent Order, which i hope is pretty much agreed. This gives me hope!

Posted and it arrived at Harlow 21/8. Also going through Birmingham court. Heard nothing yet. Sick with worry as its delaying my final order and want to get rid of abusive STBXH ASAP.

Yes, we're about to file. I've been told that some being filed by a solicitor are being returned in days. Let's keep everything crossed

Mine was posted 24th March and stamped on 15th April for anyone sending theirs directly.

Filed 2nd Oct. Referred to District Judge 16th Oct. Will hopefully hear soon

For anyone still watching the Consent Order has been approved so 3 weeks from filing to the sealed Order.
