If anyone knows someone good please would you pass on their name.
my STBEXH and I have done a separation agreement but he is now backtracking and so I want a solicitors letter.
im unsuitable for mediation.
we have already drafted the agreement.

What do you think a solicitor letter will do?

your agreement isn’t legally binding until you have a sealed consent order. If your ex is now not in agreement you’ll need to follow the process to get to that stage

I have reasons (personal) why I believe I will not have to do mediation.
I was asking for recommendations not unsolicited advice

i didnt say you’d have to do mediation
i said if he doesn’t agree with what’s drafted you’ll need to follow process to get to a consent order as a solicitor letter won’t/can’t compel him to agree.

local fb pages and similar will be a good place to get recommendations
