Advice on accessing legal advice

I think I need some legal advice re child access arrangements and putting measures in place to safeguard myself and the children from emotional abuse and coercive control. I’ve had two free half hour calls with legal firms who have pretty much confirmed this.

Does anyone have any advice how to get this without paying like £350 per hour 😖?

He’s now left the property after his affair was brought to light by a third party on Tuesday. He’s using this situation to now pressure me to paying him for his equity now instead of waiting for consent order. He’s told the kids he’ll see them every second day - they are still reeling and don’t want this level of contact but they’re scared to say no. He shouts(!) about me to my 15 yo daughter. He tells(!) me when he’ll be entering our house to collect belongings and won’t agree a mutually convenient time. He’s trying to persuade the kids to go away for the weekend with him in a week where his affair partner and all his mates will be - this will be 1.5 weeks after the kids found out about his affair. This is all abuse on top of his affair.
