Hi just a quick one. My husband was married before and divorced but no financials done even though he told me it was so he has been dishonest which is a huge no no for me. Anyways we have separated and I have left him along with for other reasons like alcoholism etc. He is trying to sort financial order out now (he can do this as have notice prior to us getting married using something called a form A) but it was not concluded. He is asking for my detail on the form as it asks if he has remarried. No way am I a party to it or giving my details. Am I legally obliged to? FYI - I’m filing for divorce. We never intermingled our finances and kept everything separate
