My ex and I have a consent order, and I would like to have the stay on proceedings lifted. Does anyone know the process? The FDR judge advised me to contact the court where the order was granted, but when I emailed them, the customer service representative replied with this: "court staff are not legally trained and cannot provide advice" I’m unsure where to go from here.
