I applied for our final order on 15th April, ex-H has also agreed the application. I had to explain why we had gone over a year since the conditional order was granted (waiting for FDR hearing). The HMCTS website says the application has been acknowledged and court checks are taking place, but the waiting is driving me crazy!
Anyone else in a similar situation that can tell me how long theirs took please?
