Financial order submitted by solicitor-no acknowledgement

Hello
The financial consent order was submitted by the solicitor. If anyone has had this submitted by them before, did you receive any confirmation that it had been submitted or received by the court or just when / if was approved? Have been told it would be submitted but not had any confirmation and not sure if we should have had? Thank you

Can't help I'm afraid as I posted mine myself, sent them recorded delivery so I can track them. Didn't want to read and run though, hopefully someone who has done it already will be along to answer that soon x

Hey, your solicitor will not hear anything now until the court issues the application (usually within the next week or so), then they will receive a notification when it has been referred to a judge, and finally a response from the judge (either approval or they may have further questions)
