As the title (and obviously Form A too) we have agreed on everything and a solicitor has drawn everything up for us. Conditional order has been granted so the financial stuff can now be sent in.
50/50 with house sale equity, he earns just over double what I do with progression available, in my work there is none I'm stuck on my salary. But I can get a small mortgage and small house with the equity so I'm good, kids will live with me in between Uni but as they are counted as adults the court wouldn't take them into account, so no point in pushing for more from the sale.
His pension is over £440,000 mine just £40,000 (due to not working when raising the kids) so 45.5% of his is coming to me. Pension sharing order has been drawn up.
Anyway do we also need to send in bank statements, P60 and payslips to the court at the same time? really just want this done and for it not to bounce back with them wanting more information. Bad enough I have to live with the cheating bellend until the house is sold, let alone be married to him for much longer lol
