I feel like a bit of a fool. I was just reading another thread where the OP was complaining about her DHs mid life crisis. Nearly all the responses were along the lines of he's having an affair. I've just realised that this is exactly what my Stbxh was doing. Like her I thought he wouldn't have the time, or he wouldn't spare the energy, but oh dear, I have a sneaking suspicion that that was exactly what was going on. Feeling very peed off.

Don't feel a fool OP.
It's not you who has behaved badly it's your Stbxh.
And no doubt, like the majority of cheaters he has been good at hiding what he has been up to.
It sometimes takes a light bulb moment for things to click into place and for the truth to become apparent and things to make sense.
