So I’ve been in mediation with ExH for a few months now. We had come to agreement in the last session but it’s now come to light following exchange of disclosure that he’s been hiding income. The mediator has asked him to provide evidence of additional income along with statements from an account he didn’t disclose but he’s now said he’s not doing that and is just going to instruct an solicitor to deal with it because he is tired of mediation.
He knows I can’t afford representation, his wage is 5 x mine and that’s without this additional unknown amount, and so I feel like he’s doing this knowing I’ll be backed into a corner.
WTH do I do now??
