So, FO and the conditional order have been granted. We’ve got to wait 6 weeks
now until STBX can apply for the Final
Order.
He ticked saying he wouldn’t be cohabiting for 6 months and I even queried it with my solicitor as knew he was lying.
He denied it.
Lo and behold…. he’s bought a house and moved in with the GF and her daughter!
My son had only met them twice prior to this!
Is there any point me mentioning it to my solicitor? I’m pretty sure it won’t make any difference unless I take him to court which he knows I won’t do as I can’t afford it but he’s blatantly broken the FO!
Anyone got any advice?
