How long do I have to apply for Final Order?

Is there a time limit to apply for a Final Order? Does it cancel out after a certain time? I've got 12 months in mind- have I made that up? The Conditional Order came through last July. If I apply for the Final Order as a sole applicant, will that be subject to agreement from the other party?

You're correct it is 12 months from when the conditional order was granted. If you haven't applied for final order by then you'll need to let them know why and they'll decide whether to give an extension (I think!)

Only one party needs to apply for final order. The other party will then have a set amount of time to complete it
