Will our Clean Break Financial Order be approved?

After over a year of trying to sort out the Clean Break Order, my ex and I have finally agreed on an amount he’s to pay me (gosh that sounds awful).
We have almost the same pension. He lives in the house (it was in his name, as I was doing contract work and about to go on maternity when we bought it). We were married for 12 years. We have 2 children together, aged 10 and 17 and they live between us, equally.
Since I left, 5 years ago, I have rented. I have money in savings, so the amount he is willing to pay me brings us out even (on line 10 of section H in the From D81). The only difference there is going to be is our wages. He earns double what I earn. Do you think the consent order is going to be approved? We only sent it off yesterday, so know there will be a wait, but I’m scared it will be rejected due to it being 50/50 but with him being a bigger earner. I’m hoping they don’t take that into consideration.

I was happy to walk away with a lot less, but our first application was rejected by the judge. Ex says his solicitor thinks this will go through. I cant afford a solicitor, so I have not be able to get any legal advice. But I also don’t believe he got any either. But that’s another story.

Looking forward to your responses.
