Transfer of equity - by end of consent order or final order?

We’ve sent our consent order to the judge and he’s come back asking a question.

in the consent order we have stated transfer of equity would be done within 2 days of this order. He’s asked if it’s 2 days or meant to be 28. It’s meant to be 2.

im in the process of remortgaging and should be done by the end of Feb. Last bits of paper work have been sent in.

does by the end of the order mean when the judge confirm the consent order or when the final order is granted? If it’s final order then surely we can just wait till the house is complete before both applying for the final order? I don’t want to screw myself over going back and agreeing 2 days.
