Any advice welcomed please ,
I am now over a week since final order granted on CAO where I was granted lives with.
Ex has serious addiction issues and refused to the test last hearing and admitted in court to using both so no point testing - was then said in contempt of court ( they are in denial they have an issue ) . So was only granted continued supervised visits once a week still ( this has been ongoing since last February ) . I requested to Change of days to visits ( all parties agreed ) so I could have a full weekend alternate with our children and I/we can move on from this whole ordeal until they decide to sort themselves out , but this has caused a storm and they have refused to sign the draft order saying that have questions ? I have agreed/ adjusted a couple of dates already this month on this new order so they can make the visits as they were busy on order planned ones . They are nit picking with my sol over the start date of pattern ( yet the visits have already started as immediate from court date ) , we have missed the deadline on order being lodged because of them giving petty reasons not to sign and I’m left in limbo giving the visits and calls as ordered but I have nothing from them ( they a have a condition for no drink and drugs on visit or 24 hours before ) apart from now threatening to take me back to court to change visit dates ( obvs more haemorrhaging money too ) .
My sol lodged the order without their agreement anyway citing obstructive behavior after raising nothing in actual court hearing about the visit dates. .
DV , cohesive control and abusive messages ( police aware ) all Noted and logged at court so I’m hoping they see this is just another way to hound me .
We haven’t heard back from court yet and I’m worried they are just throwing more spanners so I can’t move on , how is this allowed to happen . So fed up , thanks for reading
