Ex is buying me out of the family home. We've had three valuations, but one is so much lower than the others. Two at £600k-625k and the other is £500k-525k. I don't understand why. Is there an argument for the lower one to be disregarded? I think similar houses go for about £600k. Anyone with experience of this?
