On the 1st December my ex cancelled our mediation session at the last minute, followed by an email from mediator to say they were submitting an application to the court.
17 days letter and I've not heard or received anything.
Has he really done it? He is moving house (next week on 27th) so I think he wouldn't do this until he had new address.
I accept he wants to take me to court, but just thinking of timings. If he does only do application next week, it will be another 12 weeks at least until hearing??
Maybe he did do it at start of month - so we might be a few weeks into the process already.
I just thought I would've heard by now.
