Would anyone like to tell me what to expect at a final hearing for child arrangements? My solicitor has already lined me up with a barrister and I expect it will be the same for my stbxh. We have received the CAFCASS report with recommendations. Is it the case that most of the time the judge just does what the final recommendations are? What would be any reasons for deviating from them?
