House sale not married

Anyone got experience of this? Not married, children, shared equity (this is certain). We are planning to sell ASAP so we can buy our own separate properties.

Things are amicable and we currently both want the same outcome but when we're selling, will our solicitor separate the funds to two separate accounts?

Thanks. Feels like we're stuck in limbo until it sells, not really moving on and living in the land of trying to be overly nice so there are no bumps in the road before the sale.

Yes as long as you both agree to the instruction to the solicitors, they will do what you ask.

Yes they’ll ask where you want the money - just list both your accounts and %
