STBXH has changed his mind after mediation

Went through mediation. Cost a small fortune but apparently less of a small fortune than lawyers. And we have an agreement.

Now we have to turn it into a legally binding consent order, STBXH is dithering that it might not be right. What are my options? The mediatior told us what a court would probably recommend and that’s what we ended up with - a 50:50 split. If he decided he wanted 60:40 it’d probably cost me more to fight it than to cave in. Can I just take this to court and contest it? I seem to have spent nearly £2k so far on mediators and a solicitor and have got exactly the mediation agreement that seemed bleeding obvious from the start, and if STBXH wants to contest this we may as well have not done it at all. I also have a feeling that STBXH isn’t very motivated to move things along quickly as it doesn’t seem to cost him anything to drag his heels. Not sure what my next move is?
