Dont know what to do. So I now have the conditional order and he has been uncooperative throughout the divorce. He ignored the initial papers served on him so I had to apply for deemed service. The house is in my name purchased solely by me during the marriage. He has expressed he doesn't want the house. We have no other assets but i know he is hiding cash/windfall. I'm now sorting out finances to protect myself from future claims from him. As he won't cooperate, I can't do a consent order so I'm wondering if I can file a Form A to the court explaining his lack of cooperation and that I would like the house to remain in my name?
