Court tomorrow and he's not attending

Hi my first post in here.

Not sure why I'm posting but I've got my first hearing tomorrow for financial remedy and ex is not going to be there (I'm assuming) has anyone else been through this?

It's scary, I've been through a lot of court hearings for finances. He didnt turn up for the first one and the judge made some decisions in his absence. After that, he turned up to all the hearings. Do you have a lot to sort out?

So update. He did turn up. But apparently knew nothing about it until this morning, so no forms completed etc.

Not got much to sort out, only the division of the house and pensions, should be simple really if he cooperates!

Oh that's good, hopefully you can get it all sorted and signed off at your next court hearing. That will save you both the extra cost and stress of it dragging out to a final hearing.
