Barrister custody south recommendation

Hi,

Does anyone have any names or recommendations for a barrister regarding child custody in the south? Preferably a "feminist" one that will argue against 50/50 custody. (Please no 50/50 advocates right now)

Why are you asking for a "feminist" to argue against 50-50? DH's barrister was at the top end of London pricing, and he argued against 50-50 because her Mum wasn't a safe person for DSD to live with.

If your ex isn't safe to have your kids 50-50 you need to gather as much evidence as you can, and hire the best lawyers you can afford. The best barrister in the world isn't going to tilt the scales the way screenshots of abusive texts to a kid will. An amazing barrister will struggle to argue parent A should have 50-50 custody if parent B has doorbell footage of parent A punching child C. The evidence as to why 50-50 is inappropriate is far more important than the barrister, and only you can provide that.

The process is about what's best for the kids, not what's best for the mothers.
