To move from pip & esa to lwc universal credit?

Hello,

I have recently split from my husband, I am currently revieving pip plus esa income related support group.

I looked into it with citizens advice and it seems I would be better off on LWC universal credit.
I was wondering though if I was to do this would they need to do a medical assessment again or would they just put me onto it as I have already had one?
I find them very stressful and unhelpful for my mental health so would rather stay as I am and have less than have to go through one again if thats needed.
Thanks very much.

If you're changing address you will be moved from ESA to UC anyway. They probably will request assessment.
