In short.. my ex cheated on me and was nasty to me I walked out of our joint mortgaged home in January as he was violent. I made myself homeless.
He says I cannot go in our house. We have a 6 year old who is palliative. I cannot have my son as I have no where to go. I asked to stay in the house whilst he goes away for 3 weeks and he said no and got aggressive.
It's totally unfair its stopping me from seeing my son

Call the police. Not the perfect response but it’s Sunday.

Have you seen a solicitor?

Have you reported him to the police?

The law is in your side, use those services.

If you jointly own the house then you are entitled to be there.

If he is violent, call the police and explain. Ask their advice. He cannot stop you accessing your home and if he turns violent, he can be removed.

Your son is dying and you haven't seen him for months? And social services haven't asked any questions about this?
