Court Appearance - Final Order Application as a Respondent

Hi. I have finally got a court date to hopefully get my Final Order approved as a Respondent.

Has anyone been in this situation? I am unsure if i need to prepare anything, or if it is just a formality? And I dont want to incur any more legal costs!!!!

Short story is ex was the applicant. All the requirements of the Arbitration Award have been discharged and settled. The only reason my ex didn't apply for the final order was to be difficult knowing it was unsettling for my new partner. And to use it as a way to control me (i.e I will only apply if you do this, give me this etc).

Any steer appreciated, as I just want to be divorced.

Thanks

What is it you can't agree on?

@Howdull . Nothing. We went through arbitration. The Financial settlement is agreed and has been stamped by the court. I have paid her off. She has moved out. I pay CMS as per what i should.

She is just using her ability to apply for a final order as a way to basically manipulate me, get more money out of me but also cause me issues in my new relationship. So I resorted to applying as a respondent, but because of this I need to go to court so the judge can ask her why she hasn't applied.
