My exH is harassing me. Emails, texts, phonecalls and more. Don't want to put more detail really, but just wondered if anyone has successfully got a NMO based on emotional/digital abuse (not physical)?

Yes I did on grounds of harrassing email comms and and abusive text messages. Keep a record of everything. Tell him to stop and ignore. If he doesn’t tell police and apply for a non mol.
